No animal should be chained outside all day, especially a poor dog like Buster. He was tied so tightly that his collar dug into his neck. Every day, he wished for food and the chance to run around like other dogs.
Thankfully, PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) found Buster and talked to his owners. They agreed to let him go so he could have a better life. Buster got medical care for his health problems, a bath, and lots of love. Even though he had a tough past, he was a kind and loving dog.
PETA found a new family for Buster, and the day he met his new mom was unforgettable. The touching moment when his new mom first saw him was caught on video.
Now, Buster has the perfect family to call his own. He has a safe home, good food, and plenty of exercises.
