One utterly heart-wrenching TikTok video went viral of a pup who waited for her owner outside of the shop every day, even in torrential rain. Fortunately, these two have been joyfully reunited!
In December, TikTok user @jimjimmie posted a heart-wrenching video of a pup sitting in the rain outside of a shop in Sembilan, Malaysia. The dog looked despondently out into the pouring rain without shelter or solace.

As it became increasingly evident, the dog had been patiently awaiting someone. When Jim beckoned her over to him, she didn’t budge an inch. He remarked that the pup had remained stationed outside of this same shop for four days straight without fail.
The clip depicts the loyal pup joyfully partaking in her meal, yet remaining in that same area until she reunites with her beloved owner. It’s an incredibly heart-wrenching display – but thankfully this tale concludes on a cheerful note!
Due to the immense popularity of her video, Bairava was able to be reunited with her owner Vaani after an eight-month absence. As reported by Malaysian outlet SAYS, when Vaani saw the viral clip online she knew that it had to have been her beloved pup!
As Vaani journeyed to the promised spot, an outpouring of emotion erupted upon sighting her beloved pup. Invoking Bairava’s name brought forth a tearful and heartfelt embrace between dog and owner as they were reunited at long last. “I called out for her,” exclaimed Vaani in recounting the uplifting moment to SAYS, “we all just hugged our little dog.”
Five years ago, Vaani—a 40-year-old mother—rescued a stray dog. However, due to her own illness and recovery process, the two were separated for some time until Vaani discovered that her beloved pup had gone missing.
After a relentless search, the owner’s heart was moved when she saw the clip of her faithful pup diligently waiting for her to return. At that moment, she knew what had to be done and went right away to bring her beloved pet home.
