Accidentally tumbling over a two-hundred-foot cliff, Safira found herself stranded on a meager, foliage-filled ledge nearly eighty feet below. She was only one mile away from her home.

The ledge had come to the pup’s rescue, yet now she was confined on it with no method of escape.

When speaking to The Dodo, Luis Fernando – one of the rescuers – affirmed that it was not their first time rescuing a pup and exclaimed “It is always worth our time!”.
